Resources

We are here to support other survivors of sexual violence. Sometimes it's enough to speak to someone who will listen and will hear you. We're always here for that. Survivors are always, always welcome to get in touch - whether you need support, have ideas on how we could make things better, or anything else.

But we are not trained counsellors, and sometimes that's what you feel you need. Here is a list of some wonderful organisations who can offer long-term and professional support. If you can recommend an organisation that should be on the list, please let us know and we will add it.
